This is one of
the last of the famous medieval Umbrian towers - with a
surrounding hamlet,
consisting of a dozen antique buildings that can be
bought as an
entire unit or seperately in single buildings.The position is of
course very panoramic
- this is one of t e caracteristica of those towers.
Close to three
historical towns (Perugia, Gubio and Umbertide) and
to the Lake of
Trasimeno and only a few miles from the Tuscan border it is
ideally suited
for a holiday resort. Of course the reconstruction will have to
be done with
much respect to old structures and materials. There are no
restrictions,
however, from the side of the office of preservation of old
monuments. Although
it could be obtained in
order to get
considerable contributions (up to 40% of the
reconstruction
costs).
